Birth After Birth recognises the gradual emergence of each woman into motherhood and looks to empower her through the huge physical, psychological and spiritual changes that occur on the journey through pregnancy and the post natal period. The aim is to hold space for calm, confident mothers to arise, one birth at a time. Currently this is through Pregnancy Yoga classes in Edinburgh, and private sessions in Fife with classes, further workshops and one-to-one support to follow. Rachael has been a yoga teacher for ten years, and has run The Soen Ren School since 2011. She is a mother of two and is currently undergoing doula training to be able to offer further pregnancy and post-natal support for the wellbeing of new mums and babies.
